Job summary

Eka Jaya Group, the maker of premium brands Hanasui and NCo, seeks a Senior Accounting professional in Alam Sutera, Tangerang. The role focuses on monthly and annual financial statements, cost analysis, and tax calculations, with a strong emphasis on PSAK and manufacturing accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with 3.5 GPA minimum.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing/FMCG/cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax (PPh, VAT).
• Experience in financial statements, closing, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to standards.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions and records for accuracy.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage monthly and annual closing processes on schedule.
• Conduct cost analysis and landed cost calculations for manufacturing activities.
• Ensure proper recording of manufacturing costs and tax calculations.

Position: Senior Accounting

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or cosmetics company.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/PSAK) and manufacturing accounting.

Experienced in financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, cost analysis, and monthly/yearly closing.

Good understanding of manufacturing accounting processes, including Landed Cost calculation.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and VAT (PPN).

Familiar with e-Billing, Coretax, and other tax-related applications.

Having Brevet A & B certification is preferred.

Proficient in ERP Accounting systems, preferably SAP Business One, SAP ERP, Oracle NetSuite, or Accurate.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Able to work under pressure and meet monthly closing deadlines.

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, with a full WFO working arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Monitor and ensure the accuracy of daily accounting transactions and financial records.

Perform account reconciliation and investigate discrepancies or unusual transactions.

Handle monthly and annual closing processes in accordance with established timelines.

Perform cost analysis and Landed Cost calculations related to the company’s manufacturing activities.

Ensure accurate recording and accounting treatment of manufacturing-related transactions and costs.

Prepare and review tax calculations, tax reconciliations, and tax reports, including PPh and VAT (PPN).

Verify supporting documents for accounting and tax transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with relevant departments, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding accounting and tax-related matters.

Support external audit processes by preparing the required financial data, schedules, and supporting documents.

Identify accounting issues, perform PICA (Problem Identification & Corrective Action) analysis, and support corrective actions.

Maintain proper accounting, tax, and financial documentation and filing.

Support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen.
