Job summary

PT. Quality Works, an international manufacturer (PMA) and premier OEM outdoor furniture producer in Lamongan, East Java, Indonesia, is seeking a Taxation Assistant. The role requires at least 1 year of similar experience, solid basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and English proficiency.

You will support tax reporting, journaling, and audits with accuracy and initiative. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player who can handle bank reconciliations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Basic English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive with teamwork.
• Brevet A & B certificates are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and recap tax reports clearly and accurately.
• Perform journal entries, bank reconciliations, petty cash, inventory, and advances.
• Prepare data and support audits conducted by external parties (bank, tax, internal).

Min. 1 year experience in similar position

Having Brevet A & B Certificates will be an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

Understand and recap tax report in a detailed and clear manner

Perform journal entries, conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash, inventory, advances, etc

Prepare data and monitor the implementation of audits (bank, tax, internal) conducted by external parties
