Job summary

NEWLAB+ is an Indonesia-based FMCG company focusing on beauty, health, and wellness products. The Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager will oversee daily accounting, budgeting, reporting, tax compliance, and audit support from our Jakarta Barat office.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and at least five years of experience in finance or accounting, with proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Solid knowledge of end‑to‑end accounting processes, tax, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and build effective financial systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journaling.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor budget vs. actuals.
• Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
• Handle tax reporting and payments (PPN, PPh, and Corporate Income Tax).
• Maintain stock and inventory accounting records.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and efficient accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment in business activities.
• Supervise and guide the finance team.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations—ranging from daily accounting, budgeting, and reporting to tax compliance and audit support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial health and supporting strategic decision‑making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journaling.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor budget vs. actuals.

Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.

Handle tax reporting and payments (PPN, PPh, and Corporate Income Tax) in compliance with regulations.

Maintain stock and inventory accounting records.

Lead the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.

Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and efficient accounting procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment in business activities.

Supervise and guide the finance team, fostering accuracy and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a small to mid‑sized company.

Solid knowledge of end‑to‑end accounting processes, tax, and financial reporting.

Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar).

Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and build effective financial systems from the ground up.

Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat
