You will understand client needs, propose tailored building automation solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

The role involves managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 10 years of BMS account management experience.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of building systems and their applications is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel.
