PT Mugi Rekso Abadi (MRA) is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the main contact for assigned clients and agencies in Jakarta. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage campaigns from briefing to completion.

Responsibilities include selling sponsorships, preparing IO/PO/quotations, and delivering post-campaign reports. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, plus English proficiency, are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Executive, Client Service, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in Media, Advertising or related industries is preferred.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience acquiring and developing new clients/business opportunities.
• Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of campaign/project management from briefing to post-campaign reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and agencies.

• Conduct regular follow-up to secure repeat business.
• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Manage campaigns from briefing through completion.
• Sell sponsorship and event packages to clients and develop brand activation opportunities.
• Prepare and manage IO/PO/quotations and ensure booking and billing follow procedure.
• Create post-campaign reports and presentations for clients.
