Job summary

MNC Televisi Indonesia is seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales team at our Kebon Jeruk office in Jakarta. This full-time role focuses on managing key client accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to drive revenue growth.

You will build strong relationships, present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, production, and operations to ensure client satisfaction and market expansion across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management or sales within media or advertising.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian media landscape and advertising market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
