Job summary

Novotel Bali Ubud Resort, part of AccorHotels Indonesia, is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our security team on Bali. You will ensure guest and staff safety, manage incidents, and uphold company security standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

• Must be well-presented and groomed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security team operations to protect guests, staff, property and assets.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct inspections and manage incidents.
• Maintain security standards and procedures across the property.
• Respond promptly to security events and communicate outcomes.

Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets. This role includes monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures.

Ensure the highest level of safety and security for our Guests, Heartists, Vendors, and Suppliers through an efficient and proactive approach in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
