Swissôtel Nusantara, a distinguished 5-star hotel in Indonesia's Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), invites talents to join our housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards, delivering courteous, discreet service while respecting guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Guest-oriented, strong attention to details and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible with working hours and ability to work under pressure.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas as per the hotel standards.
• Ensure impeccable room presentation, including bed making, amenities replenishment, and final inspection.
• Deliver courteous, discreet, and personalized service while respecting guest privacy.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
• Follow all housekeeping SOPs, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and linen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams.
