Funding Societies | Modalku, Indonesia's leading SME digital financing platform, is seeking a Relationship Manager - Farmer to manage a portfolio of commercial borrowers, assess credit risk, and deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will cultivate long-term client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, monitor financial health, prepare loan proposals, and drive growth through cross-selling while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing cash flow, balance sheet, and P&L for loan proposals.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for a dedicated portfolio of borrowers and deepen relationships.
• Monitor financial health and covenant compliance; flag early warning signs.
• Coordinate end-to-end loan process with internal teams to ensure timely disbursement.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth.
