• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong experience in client relationship management with ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with clients, team members and senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in performance management, team development and motivation.
