Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in West Java is seeking a Manager Engineering to lead the engineering department, oversee technical operations and set strategic direction to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years in a managerial manufacturing role, strong process improvement and lean manufacturing experience, and knowledge of ISO/IATF/APQP/PPAP. Willing to be stationed in Cikarang, Bekasi, and join ASAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in manufacturing engineering.
Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment (Injection, Painting, Blow).
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on key engineering metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in 3D drawing software and other engineering tools.
Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO, IATF, APQP and PPAP documents.
Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team with guidance, mentoring and training.
Collaborate with design, production and QA to develop and implement new products or processes.
Oversee implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Injection, Blow, Vacuum and Painting) and assembly methods.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies and materials.
Candidates must be willing to participate in an offline interview process.
