Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering management and account relationship management roles.
• Understanding Process Development in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
• Knowledge of plastic part processes.
• Understanding international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 14001, 14450).
• Fluency in English preferred.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong experience in client relationship management with ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, engaging with clients, team members and senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in performance management, team development and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the engineering team to promote growth and a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end product development with emphasis on process efficiency and target achievement.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.
