Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in digital commerce.
• Proven track record in growing marketplace and social commerce businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, planning and leadership.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a resilient mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own digital commerce P&L across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts and commercial strategies.
• Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities with data-driven decisions.
• Provide strategic leadership to Malaysia and Singapore teams for growth objectives.
• Lead market reviews and drive profitable growth and strong execution.
• Partner with market leads on planning, promotions, pricing and capabilities.
• Coach and develop market leaders to build a high-performing organization.
