Job summary

• Create and implement sales plans and strategies (Daily, monthly, yearly, seasonal).
• Aim for target achievement by improving user experience, traffic, sales, and brand loyalty.
• Maintain relationships with brands and platforms.
• Ensure store merchandise and services meet high standards.
• Maintain stock availability and supervise purchase orders.
• Monitor platform and teams daily.
• Identify opportunities for brand growth online.
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing plans, content and design.
• Oversee platform and teams performance.
