Health & Happiness (H&H) Group in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Digital Commerce Manager to drive profitable growth across marketplaces and social commerce, owning P&L and shaping strategy with the Indonesia business partner.

You will lead performance reviews, forecast plans, pricing, assortment, media investments and capability development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate digital commerce growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 8+ years in digital commerce with proven growth on marketplaces.
• Strong P&L management, forecasting and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of growth levers: performance marketing, livestreaming, content.
• Analytical thinker who translates insights into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced, partner-led model.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Pharmacist license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own Indonesia digital commerce P&L and commercial performance, delivering growth.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts and commercial strategies for Indonesia.
• Monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Indonesia digital commerce.
• Lead market reviews, align priorities and drive performance accountability.
• Influence planning, pricing, assortment and media investments for Indonesia.
• Think across marketplace operations, performance marketing, social commerce and CRM.
• Build scalable ways of working with the Indonesia business partner.
