Job summary

Pt Ide Bangsa Mahardika is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our Pekanbaru office in person. You will identify and qualify leads, schedule demos for the Account Executive team, and maintain CRM records to drive a strong sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and active listening in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Driven with a passion for sales and customer success.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients through various lead generation tools and techniques.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria, understanding prospect needs and pain points.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
