Job summary

White Glove Hiring in Pekanbaru is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the expanding sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline and drive growth for the local market.

This in-person role requires proactive outreach, excellent Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to work independently and with a team. You will collaborate with sales and marketing and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, driven attitude with passion for sales and customer success.
• Ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and prospect needs.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
