Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an SDM Organization & Talent Development Division Head to drive policy design, implementation, and review aligned with business strategy and to lead leadership development across the organization.

You will translate the Human Capital Strategy into a comprehensive Talent Development blueprint, oversee organizational design, succession planning, and HiPo monitoring to build future leaders and ensure policy compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR, with minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certified in Human Resources Management (CHRM) or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable talent development programs.
• Familiar with Human Capital systems, data management, process monitoring, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HiPo employees and ensure effective succession planning across the organization.
• Design and implement the Samudera Management Development Program (SMDP) to build future leaders.

Main Responsibilities

3. 3. Propose and review organizational structures to ensure alignment with business needs.


4. 4. Monitor and ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and strategic objectives.

6. 6. Monitor High Potential Employees (HiPo) and ensure effective succession planning across the organization.


7. 7. Design and implement the Samudera Management Development Program (SMDP) to build future leaders within the company.

General Responsibilities

1. 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.


2. 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.


3. 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.


4. 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or other related fields.


• At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.


• Certified in Human Resources Management (CHRM) or equivalent.


• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.


• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable talent development programs.


• Familiar with Human Capital systems, including data management, process monitoring, and reporting.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
