Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, or related role in pharma/healthcare/manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SCM software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and logistics management preferred.

About the role

We are seeking a talented SCM Officer to join our Supply Chain Management team in East Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the optimisation of our supply chain operations. The SCM Officer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role is essential to maintaining our competitive advantage and delivering exceptional service to our customers whilst ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Managing procurement activities including supplier identification, quotation analysis, and purchase order generation to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products
• Monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centres to balance stock availability with working capital efficiency
• Coordinating with logistics partners to arrange timely transportation and delivery of products, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Analysing supply chain data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Liaising with suppliers, internal departments, and customers to resolve supply chain issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, procurement transactions, and logistics activities using supply chain management systems
• Supporting demand forecasting and inventory planning to minimise stockouts and excess inventory situations
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards throughout all supply chain activities

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sector
• Strong proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare supply chains is highly desirable
• Familiarity with inventory control systems and logistics management is preferred
