Job summary

PT Torrecid Indonesia is seeking a proactive Administration / Payroll professional to join the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division in Bekasi. The role covers Sales Administration, PPIC, Purchasing and general supply chain administration to coordinate orders, production planning, inventory and procurement.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor's in Business Administration or Management, be fluent in English, and able to handle data accurately while collaborating with multiple teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.
• Graduation year 2023–2026.
• Fluent in English.
• Accurate data handling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain activities including sales administration, production planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of orders, purchase orders, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers for smooth operations.
• Monitor demand, schedules, material availability, and inventory levels for efficiency.
• Support process improvements, data analysis, and KPI reporting to improve service quality.

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical, and driven individual to join our team as part of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division- a role that covers Sales Administration, PPIC, Purchasing, and supply chain administration functions to ensure effective coordination of customer orders, production planning, inventory management, procurement, and operational activities.

Your Role Will Include

• Manage and coordinate supply chain activities, including sales administration, production planning, purchasing, inventory control, and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate processing and documentation of customer orders, purchase orders, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to support smooth operations and timely execution of business requirements.
• Monitor demand, production schedules, material availability, and inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain performance.
• Support process improvements, data analysis, and KPI reporting to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
