Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
- 6-12+ years (Manager) of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience.
- Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation is a plus.
- Prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs.
- Manage project delivery, timelines, budget, and quality.
- Act as primary client advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Drive business development, including proposal support and client presentations.
- Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
