Job summary

Pt Kayuki Indotama is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team within the FMCG sector in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. You will set targets, drive performance, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies across the territory.

You will manage a team of sales representatives, foster their growth, and build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to maximize market penetration and revenue, while upholding ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management within FMCG.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and market development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
