Job summary

Pt Kayuki Indotama is seeking an Area Sales Executive to cover Pekanbaru in the Riau region. The role blends field client engagement with in-office planning to drive brand presence and revenue growth across our FMCG product range.

You will manage relationships with retailers and distributors, develop territory strategies, and monitor performance against targets. A strong sales background in FMCG and knowledge of Pekanbaru distribution are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively for field sales activities.
• Knowledge of Pekanbaru market and distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Pekanbaru sales area.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and product visibility.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and discover new opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client retention.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
