SKINTIFIC in Samarinda, East Kalimantan invites an Area Sales Supervisor to drive growth, build a robust distribution network, and meet revenue targets in the assigned territory. You will manage end-to-end sales, nurture key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

The role is home-based in Samarinda, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in beauty/personal care sales, with willingness to travel within East Kalimantan. SIM A/C preferred.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of total experience as Area Sales Supervisor in beauty or personal care.
• Having strong database in General Trade in East Kalimantan.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong team player able to build relationships at all levels.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales target.
• Willing to be based in Samarinda and travel within the area.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories (East Kalimantan).
• Identify and acquire new customers and up-sell to existing database.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospection to closure.
• Build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare regular reports and participate in meetings to review performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitors' activities and form strategies.
