ParagonCorp in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, seeks an Area Operations Specialist to manage daily field activities and ensure SOP compliance across stores. You will monitor product availability, coordinate with Beauty Advisor and Sales teams, and collect data to drive area improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in operations or retail ops, strong data analysis, and Excel skills. Willingness to be placed in Kalimantan is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, sales operations, or retail operations.
• Good understanding of operational SOPs and fieldwork processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to be placed in the Kalimantan region (e.g. Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Palangkaraya and other cities across Kalimantan).

Responsabilités

• Carry out operational activities in the area to ensure work processes comply with company standards and guidelines.
• Monitor product availability, display, and operational activities at stores or points of sale.
• Collect and verify operational data related to sales, field activities, and area needs.
• Conduct routine evaluations of area operational conditions and provide follow-up recommendations.
• Conduct inspections or field visits to assess SOP implementation and ensure execution quality.
• Manage operational coordination with area teams such as Beauty Advisor, Sales, and other supporting functions.
• Prepare periodic area operational reports, including findings, risks, and improvement suggestions.
• Implement operational programs from head office/regional to the area with consistent execution quality.
• Ensure area operational documentation is complete and accurate for audit or evaluation needs.
