FACETOLOGY is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the Kalimantan sales team, develop regional strategies, and drive market growth across distributors and retail partners.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, manage inventory, and report forecasts to senior management, with frequent travel within the Kalimantan region.

Based in or willing to relocate to Banjarmasin, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute trade promotions and ensure product availability across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably FMCG/beauty.
• Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Kalimantan.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Banjarmasin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets and market growth.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the Kalimantan area.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Oversee execution of trade marketing programs and promotions in the area.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability across channels.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective strategy execution.
