PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor/Coordinator to drive Esse product sales in Central Kalimantan. You will coordinate a sales team, manage distributor relationships, and implement market strategies to meet management targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in sales, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Based in Sampit, Central Kalimantan with a field-focused workload and incentive opportunities.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Achieve sales targets for Esse products and variants in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Area Manager.
Supervise daily sales activities and coach subordinates.
Create and execute market strategy plans for the area.
