Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the team’s work plan to align with company objectives and sales strategies.
• Lead, manage, and direct the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs within the designated area.
• Monitor and evaluate daily activities, including outlet visits and customer coverage, for effective call plan execution.
• Ensure optimal outlet coverage, customer engagement, productivity, and sales performance across territory.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and field accompaniment to improve sales capabilities and knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team development.
• Develop existing customers and expand outlet portfolio by identifying new customers and outlets.
