• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales Supervisor in Tobacco Industry or FMCG.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Skills in Administration and Management, Customer and Personal Service, Sales and Marketing, Coordination, Monitoring & Feedback, Planning & Organizing, Managing People.

Responsabilités

• Collect data related to geographical, cultural, and demographic conditions from the targeted sales area to market the product.
• Establishment of measurement target for each salesman (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
• Discover new customers (Coverage Extensions).
• Update and leverage sales activity assistance sheets.
• Management of same-day sales proceeds for each sales.
