Job summary

PT Korea Tomorrow & Global TSPM in Jakarta seeks a data-driven analyst with 1–2 years in FMCG to transform data into actionable insights for sales and marketing teams. You will build dashboards, forecast performance, and support territory optimization while communicating clearly to diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and SQL skills, Power BI experience, and excellent English communication to collaborate with management and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; relevant experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of FMCG experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL.
• Experience creating dashboards in Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills.

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in all majors from other background in relevant experience
• Experienced with a minimum of 1-2 years in Cigarette/FMCG
• Experience analyse the market situation, performance, such as sales volume, sales program, or having basic field operation, especially in FMCG would be preferred
• Advanced in Excel (mandatory) and SQL (preferred)
• Experienced in creating dashboards and reports in Excel / Power BI, managing complex data, forecasting, territory management, sales skill etc. is a plus
• Experienced able to provide good and clear communication in front lot of audiences related to training or people development
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
