About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can equip our sales teams with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to achieve outstanding results. You’ll create engaging training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and help build a strong, customer-focused sales culture.

What You’ll Do

1. Prepare pitching decks based on the operational sales team’s needs.
2. Conduct onboarding training for new sales team members.
3. Deliver regular training sessions and workshops for existing sales team members.
4. Facilitate discussions, roleplays, case studies, and coaching sessions during training.
5. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and improve training materials.
6. Regularly review, update, and evaluate training programs while coordinating with the operations team to identify additional training needs.

What You’ll Need

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer in sales or customer service
2. Experienced in training sales teams (retail, B2C, B2B, telesales, etc.)
3. Able to deliver sales training material in an active, engaging, and practical manner
4. Skilled in facilitating simulations or role-play sessions for sales skill development
5. Strong understanding of sales funnel, objection handling, and closing techniques
6. Communicative, energetic, and capable of inspiring training participants
7. Persuasive and able to demonstrate effective sales techniques
8. Disciplined, organized, and able to manage a fast-paced classroom dynamic
