Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs, including TNA, curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation within Sales, After Sales, or Head Office.

The role reports to the Learning Design & Development Coordinator and Learning Center Manager, coaching staff and maintaining materials while ensuring alignment with competency requirements and operational standards across Pekanbaru and Jakarta locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training/learning roles.
• At least one professional certification in training delivery or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience across the full learning lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with TNA, assessments, and learning evaluation.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms preferred.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Proven interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning priorities.
• Design and develop curricula, modules, and instructional materials.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical learning sessions.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Coordinate programs across multiple units and branches.
• Support implementation of learning programs across locations.
• Coach employees and prepare participants for competency development.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain learning records and curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and stakeholders to align with business goals.
