Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will perform training needs analysis, apply ADDIE methodology, design curricula, and deliver engaging sessions while using the 70:20:10 framework to optimize learning outcomes.

You will monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, coach staff, maintain materials, and coordinate initiatives across Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru, with domestic travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as Training Instructor/LD Specialist/Corporate Trainer or similar.
• Professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle (TNA, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Solid understanding of ADDIE and competency-based learning.
• Experience with TNA, competency assessments, and learning evaluation.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Business English proficiency when required.
• Willing to travel domestically and support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis by evaluating business requirements, performance, and competency gaps.
• Design, develop, and improve learning paths, curricula, modules, and instructional materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10 frameworks.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement and quality facilitation.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and post-training reviews.
• Coordinate learning programs across multiple business units and branches.
• Support implementation of learning programs ensuring alignment with standards.
• Coach employees for internal or external competency development programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain learning documentation and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders to align training with business goals.
