You will prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and correspondence, including legal and corporate documents such as company deeds, licenses, certificates, and agreements. The position requires coordination with notaries, banks, government institutions, and other external parties regarding company administrative matters, as well as support for company bank account opening and maintenance.
Key responsibilitiesHandle daily administrative activities and ensure all documentation is properly maintained
Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, records, and correspondence
Handle and maintain legal and corporate documents, including company deeds, licenses, certificates, agreements, and other legal-related documents
Coordinate with notaries regarding the preparation, amendment, legalization, and collection of company legal and corporate documents
Coordinate with banks, government institutions, notaries, and other external parties regarding company administrative matters
Assist with the opening and maintenance of company bank accounts, including preparing required documents and coordinating with banks
Monitor the validity and completeness of important company documents, licenses, and permits
Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records
Manage document filing, scanning, photocopying, and document archiving
Prepare administrative reports and support data reconciliation when required
About youMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or a similar position
Experience handling legal/corporate documents and company administration is preferred
Experience coordinating with notaries, banks, and government institutions is an advantage
Experience in company bank account opening and banking administration is preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
English is mandatory
