Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd. seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator in Jakarta to streamline cooperation between distributors, manufacturers, and the Thailand headquarters. You will handle sales orders, quotations, and essential paperwork, ensuring timely follow-ups on orders, deliveries, stock, and payments.

You will also prepare reports and forecasts, support marketing activities with product samples and events, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations across the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Sufficient English proficiency to work with Thailand headquarters.
• Experience in FMCG or food and beverage, particularly involving distributors and manufacturers, would be an advantage.
