Job summary

PT Trilink Indonesia is seeking a Sales Support to join our team in Jakarta. The role focuses on preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating with Front-End Sales, and supporting the sales process with internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering/Automation, has 3+ years’ experience, and is fluent in English. Willing to be placed in Jakarta and mining knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support or related role.
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of mining customers or mining processes will be an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up techno-commercial quotations to customers and Front-End Sales.
• Prepare spare parts and service quotations.
• Follow up regularly on submitted proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
• Support order booking and handover to operations in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
