Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or Marketing is required.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.

• Experience with OEM customers is mandatory.
• Willing to travel/visit customers regularly.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct frequent customer visits to understand needs and follow up on business matters.
• Manage sales activities for OEM customers: inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor customer requirements and market trends to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics for customer support.
• Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and customer concerns for timely resolution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and related documentation.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and maintain relationships.
