Job summary

PT Fujitec Indonesia in Makassar seeks a motivated Sales Supervisor to build and nurture customer relationships and achieve sales targets. You will oversee existing accounts and develop new business, promoting the company’s products through targeted outreach.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 1 year of Sales Supervisor experience (preferably in Construction/Lift), communicates well in Indonesian and English, and can work under pressure with own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 1 year Sales Supervisor experience (preferred in Construction/Lift Industry).
• Strong Indonesian and English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze & solve complex problems.
• Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team.
• Own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and serve the customer to achieve established sales targets & management objective.
