Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading in Bandung, West Java, is seeking a Sales Supervisor GT & LMT to lead our sales operations and drive targets across GT and Local Modern Trade channels.

You will supervise, mentor, and train the Sales Executives, expand outlet coverage, and develop new markets while coordinating with store personnel to ensure product availability and regular travel across West Java to drive market development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales/BD or Area Sales.
• Proven track record in GT and LMT channels.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and expand outlets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel regularly across West Java.

About the Role!

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Supervisor GT & LMT to lead our sales operations across West Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market coverage across General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels, and leading the sales team to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Target Achievement: Driving sales volume and revenue targets area West Java from GT & LMT channel, and also ensuring maximum product availability
• Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and training Sales Executive to meet performance standards
• Customer Relationship Management: Build relationship with key outlets to secure better product used and resolved issues
• Channel Development: Business development by store or area development
• Analysis & reporting: Analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales data to provide insights for improving performance. Excellent to do Microsoft office (Excel, word, and power point)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Area Sales, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new market opportunities, expand outlet coverage, and develop sales territories.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel regularly across West Java to support sales operations and market development.
