Job summary

PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia mencari Supervisor Penjualan yang berpengalaman untuk mengelola akun distributor, menindaklanjuti pesanan, dan menjaga jadwal kunjungan pelanggan.

Posisi ini melibatkan capai target bulanan, koordinasi dengan Sales Administration, serta penanganan data penjualan dengan akurat. Kandidat harus siap bepergian dan memiliki catatan kinerja yang kuat di sektor makanan industri.

Qualifications

• Minimal pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Supervisor di bidang FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
• Gelar sarjana di bidang apa pun diperlukan.
• Sehat, bersedia bepergian, berinisiatif, dan mampu bekerja mandiri.
• Berpengalaman dalam menjual produk makanan industri lebih diutamakan.
• Mampu menunjukkan catatan kinerja penjualan yang kuat.
• Organisasi perencanaan dan komunikasi antarpribadi yang baik.

Responsibilities

• Mencapai penjualan bulanan sesuai target, termasuk margin kotor di area ditetapkan (Lampung).
• Mempertahankan jadwal kunjungan penjualan secara rutin (mingguan/bulan) dan mencatat laporan harian.
• Mengelola distributor dan semua akun piutang sesuai pedoman manajemen.
• Menyiapkan pesanan penjualan yang akurat dan disampaikan ke Sales Administration tepat waktu.

Job description

Achievement of monthly sales consistent with budget objectives, inclusive of gross margin returns in target area (Lampung)

Maintaining a regular sales call schedule (weekly / monthly) and recording daily sales call records.

Management of distributors and all accounts receivable (debtors) ensuring collection is within advised management guidelines

Accurate preparation of sales orders ensuring all are forwarded to Sales Administration in time to to meet customer delivery requests

Requirements :

Supervisor Level min 3 years experience in same position in FMCG / Food Manufacturing company.

Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.

Good health, willing to travel and full of initiatives.

Mature, work independently, self motivated personality.

Have selling experiences with either Industrial Food Products, Bakery, food services (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterings / FMCG) is preferred.

Able to demonstrate a strong performance records in the sales field.

Good organizational, planning abilities and interpersonal communication.
