Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Sales Strategy & Ops Senior Associate to optimize our field sales operations and support strategic initiatives. You will own recurring processes, design incentives, and help manpower planning as the business scales.

You will partner with Sales leadership, Finance, People, and Product to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalable reporting while mentoring sales leaders on new tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales operations, business operations, strategy, or related field.
• Ability to structure problems and turn analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience improving processes with measurable results.
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets; automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales incentive cycle: calculation, reconciliation, and payout, delivered on time.
• Run month-end closing for the sales team with data validation and reporting.
• Execute sales programs and campaigns, and track progress against targets.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, coordinating with teams until resolved.
• Maintain accurate sales data, trackers, and dashboards.
• Build checks to detect errors and escalated issues in sales data.
• Train sales leaders on processes, tools, and reporting so they can work independently.
