Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a sales leader to guide and motivate the sales team toward ambitious targets. You will drive strategy, oversee daily and weekly route planning, and ensure high performance across the field.

Collaborate with Sales Operations, Merchant Happiness and Lending teams, ensure policy compliance, analyze performance data, and strengthen relationships with key merchants to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience
• Experience leading sales teams and achieving targets

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the sales team to achieve goals.
• Improve sales processes for efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Merchant Happiness and Lending teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and pricing.
• Execute events and daily/weekly route planning.
• Monitor productivity and generate sales performance reports.
• Build relationships with key merchants.
• Address merchant inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with MSE & MSR for upsell opportunities.
