Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a senior sales leader to motivate and guide the sales team towards hitting aggressive revenue targets. You will drive efficient sales processes, ensure policy compliance, and partner with Sales Ops, Strategy, Merchant Happiness, and Lending Ops to maximize merchant satisfaction.

You will also plan events, manage daily routes, monitor productivity, and generate performance reports, while building strong relationships with key merchants and pursuing upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
• Permanent role with ongoing responsibilities in driving revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops & Strategy, Merchant Happiness & Lending Ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures for efficiency.
• Foster communication and collaboration across departments including Sales Ops & Strategy, Merchant Happiness & Lending Ops.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and pricing guidelines.
• Execute project events and daily/weekly route planning.
• Monitor productivity and ensure teams meet targets.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports on revenue, acquisition, conversion, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants.
• Address merchant inquiries promptly to ensure high merchant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with MSE & MSR to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
