Job summary

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co. Ltd. seeks a result-driven Sales Specialist to drive market growth in Indonesia.

You will visit customers, identify opportunities, and work toward sales targets for heavy machinery and related products. Strong communication, resilience, and cross-cultural adaptability are essential. The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year sales experience.

• Aggressive, high self-motivation, strong stress resistance.
• Strictly obey company policy and regulations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
• Able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Launch marketing activities, visit customers, obtain business opportunities, collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve the sales target and accomplish routine paper work.
• Make new opportunities & pipelines and be advisor for all Zoomlion Products.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of national / regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio strategies, network strategies, sales strategies, marketing and channel strategies, pricing strategies, etc.
• Track and supervise the financial status of dealer, manage manufacturers' credit to dealer, and control risks.
• Track and monitor customer satisfaction, develop and implement necessary measures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist service engineering company to provide after-sales service support to dealer and customers.

Job description

More than 1 year sales experience, experience in heavy machinery, trucks, concrete product or related industries;

Strong communication skills, high self-motivation ability, aggressive, strong stress resistance ability, able to adapt to cross-cultural work environment;

Be aggressive to collect the market information and finish the sales figures assigned;

Strictly obey the policy and regulations of company required;

Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;

Able to communicate in basic English (verbal & written)
