Job summary

PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry invites a sales professional to join our Ternate area team. You will launch marketing activities, visit customers, capture business opportunities, and gather market intelligence to achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of sales experience in heavy machinery or related industries.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
• Aggressive and proactive in pursuing market information and hitting targets.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Launch marketing activities, visit customers, and identify business opportunities.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve sales targets and complete routine paperwork.
• Develop new opportunities and pipelines; advise on Zoomlion products.
• Assist in formulating and implementing regional marketing strategies including product portfolios, networks, sales, marketing and pricing.
• Track and supervise dealer finances, manage manufacturer credits, and control risks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it.
• Assist service engineering in providing after-sales support to dealers and customers.

Job description

More than 1 year sales experience, experience in heavy machinery, trucks, concrete product or related industries;

Strong communication skills, high self-motivation ability, aggressive, strong stress resistance ability, able to adapt to cross-cultural work environment;

Be aggressive to collect the market information and finish the sales figures assigned;

Strictly obey the policy and regulations of company required;

Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;

Able to communicate in basic English (verbal & written)

Who owns car is preferred;

Placement: Ternate Area

Responsibilities:

Launch marketing activities, visit customers, obtain business opportunities, collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve the sales target and accomplish routine paper work;

Make new opportunity & new pipelines & be advisor for all Zoomlion Products;

Assist in the formulation and implementation of national / regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio strategies, network strategies, sales strategies, marketing and channel strategies, pricing strategies, etc.;

Track and supervise the financial status of dealer, manage manufacturers' credit to dealer, and control risks;

Track and monitor customer satisfaction, develop and implement necessary measures to improve customer satisfaction;

Assist service engineering company to provide after-sales service support to dealer and customers.
