Job summary

PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry is seeking a sales professional to grow the Indonesian market for heavy machinery, trucks, and concrete products. The role emphasizes visiting customers, developing opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Candidates should collect market intelligence, work in a cross-cultural environment, and coordinate with service teams for after-sales support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English communication are required, and owning a car is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in heavy machinery, trucks, concrete products or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and high self-motivation; able to work under pressure.
• Able to adapt to cross-cultural work environment and travel as needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
• Basic English communication (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Launch marketing activities and visit customers to obtain business opportunities.
• Collect market and competitor intelligence and achieve sales targets.
• Make new opportunities and pipelines; act as advisor for all Zoomlion products.
• Assist in formulating national/regional marketing strategies including pricing and channel plans.
• Track dealer financial status, manage credit, and control risks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service levels.

Job description

More than 1 years sales experience, experience in heavy machinery, trucks, concrete product or related industries is preferred;

Strong communication skills, high self-motivation ability, aggressive, strong stress resistance ability, able to adapt to cross-cultural work environment;

Be aggressive to collect the market information and finish the sales figures assigned;

Strictly obey the policy and regulations of company required;

Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software;

Able to communicate in basic English (verbal & written)

Who owns car is preferred;

Responsibilities:

Launch marketing activities, visit customers, obtain business opportunities, collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve the sales target and accomplish routine paper work;

Make new opportunity & new pipelines & be advisor for all Product Zoomlion;

Assist in the formulation and implementation of national / regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio strategies, network strategies, sales strategies, marketing and channel strategies, pricing strategies, etc.;

Track and supervise the financial status of dealer, manage manufacturers' credit to dealer, and control risks;

Track and monitor customer satisfaction, develop and implement necessary measures to improve customer satisfaction;

Assist service engineering company to provide after-sales service support to dealer and customers.
