Job summary

JAC Recruitment represents an automotive client in Indonesia seeking a Sales Senior Manager to drive growth with major OEM accounts.

You will lead strategic account management, identify new RFQ opportunities, and steer commercial discussions while reporting performance to management.

The role requires deep industry networks, fluent business English or Japanese, and a track record in developing key accounts within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of GM level or above within an OEM group company or Tier 1 automotive supplier.
• Experience dealing with Purchasing, Engineering, and Management stakeholders.
• Business-level Japanese or English communication skills.
• Proven track record in business development and key account management.
• Strong network within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Experience handling major OEM accounts is an advantage.
