Job summary

PT Ecommerceloka Solusi Bangsa is seeking a confident Sales Representative to drive hotel revenue through corporate and direct sales in East Java. You will identify new clients, conduct calls and visits, and nurture relationships with corporate accounts and travel partners.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales, excellent English, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. You will travel as needed and collaborate with internal teams to close bookings and meet targets.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Representative to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing hotel revenue through corporate and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new corporate and business clients.

Conduct sales calls and client visits to promote hotel products and services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and business partners.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business agreements.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the Reservation and Operations team to ensure excellent guest service.

Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Willing to travel for client meetings and sales visits.
