Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive regional targets, oversee 15-20 Promoters, and build strong relationships with store PICs during daily visits. You will ensure programs run smoothly and sales targets are met, coordinating with partner teams to resolve field issues.

The role requires a Diploma or Senior High School, at least 2 years in sales, and strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills on social media.

Qualifications

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visit to merchant and build strong relationships with PIC store.
• Ensure the program in the area runs well and sales targets are met.
• Ensure placement of POP materials in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales data, competitors, and field issues.
• Manage around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor the daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.
