Job summary

Cermati.com is looking for a Field Sales Supervisor in Ambon to drive sales targets and maintain strong merchant relationships. You will oversee 15–20 Promoters, ensure program execution in your area, and coordinate with partner teams to resolve field issues.

The role requires leadership, good communication and marketing skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Shift work is required and placement is in Ambon.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage team and area; good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Preferably staff in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel; able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the designated area.
• Make daily visits to merchants and build relationships with PIC stores.
• Ensure programs and sales targets run smoothly in the area.
• Place POP materials promotion in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams for sales, competitor and field issue information.
• Supervise around 15–20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily promoter activities and conduct field team training and refreshment training.
